Schulmann gets conference nod

PROVIDENCE, RI – Senior forward Danielle Schulmann was selected as the Big East Offensive Player of the Week. Schulmann earns her first Big East weekly accolade after totaling 11 points, including four goals in a 2-0-0 week for the Huskies.

The Saddle River, N.J. native, who leads Connecticut and the Big East with 20 points on her seven goals and six assists, recorded seven points in UConn’s 4-1 victory over CCSU on Sunday as she scored three goals and handed out one assist.

Schullman was also named the New England Soccer News Women's Player of the Week.
