KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island seniors Callum Bissett (Pencaitland, Scotland), Geoffrey Cameron (Attleboro, Mass.) and Lukasz Tumicz (Bisztynek, Poland) and junior Adam Howarth (Isle of Wight, England) each have received 2007 NSCAA All-Mid Atlantic Region honors. Cameron and Tumicz both earned spots on the First Team while Bissett and Howarth were named to the Second Team.

Rhody midfielder drafted by Houston
BALTIMORE – Rhode Island men's soccer standout Geoffrey Cameron (Attleboro, Mass.) was selected in the third round of the 2008 MLS SuperDraft, held. Cameron was the 42nd overall pick, going to the reigning MLS Champion Houston Dynamo.

RI’s Cameron, Tumicz to show off for MLS
KINGSTON, R.I. – University of Rhode Island men’s soccer seniors and NSCAA All-Mid Atlantic Region first teamers Geoffrey Cameron (Attleboro, Mass.) and Lukasz Tumicz (Bisztynek, Poland) have been selected to participate in the 2008 adidas MLS Player Combine, which will take place Jan. 11-15 at Lockhart Stadium in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. It marks the second-straight year that URI is represented on the Combine invite list, as Jeffrey Gonsalves received the nod last year.
