BURLINGTON, Vt. – Paul Bianchi scored in the 57th minute to lift the No. 5-seeded New Hampshire Wildcats to a 1-0 victory over top-seeded Vermont in America East Men's Soccer Semifinal action at Virtue Field on Wednesday.

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Amelia Pereira scored once and handed out an assist and Caitlin Alves picked up two assists to lead the Hartford Hawks to a 2-0 victory over Vermont in the 2012 America East Women's Soccer Semifinals at Alumni Field on Sunday.

BURLINGTON, Vt. – Freshman Charlie DeFeo scored in the 100th minute to lift the Vermont Catamounts to a 2-1 overtime victory against Stony Brook in the final conference game of the season for both teams at Virtue Field on Saturday.

Vermont moves on in AE tourny with shootout win
BURLINGTON, Vt. – Vermont senior Midori Eckenstein converted her penalty kick attempt in a shootout as the Catamounts defeated No. 5 Albany, 3-2 in PKs, in the first round of the America East Tournament at Virtue Field on Thursday. The game ended in a 1-1 tie through 110 minutes before heading into the shootout.

ALBANY, N.Y. – D.J. Edler scored his team-leading sixth goal of the season in the 28th minute to lift the Vermont Catamounts to a 1-0 victory over Albany at Palmeri Sports Complex.
