New England Revolution Shalrie Joseph has changed his mind about playing for Grenada in the upcoming CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The Grenadian-born midfielder was initially included on Grenada’s roster, but had not decided if he would play in the Gold Cup. Last week he informed the Revs he would accept the call-up, but on Tuesday morning, he arrived at Revolution training at Gillette Stadium and informed the technical staff he would remain with the Revs for the tournament instead of joining Grenada.
